The pull-off force at the connection point between the anti-splash device and the mudguard has increased by 30%. The new anti-splash structure not only reduces the additional weight but also reduces the fixed stress, making the connection more reliable. During long-term use, this improvement in reliability can effectively reduce the occurrence of faults and provide a stable guarantee for the transportation work of customers.
The maintenance efficiency has also been significantly improved. Reducing the number of fixed points has greatly shortened the time for maintenance disassembly and assembly. At the same time, the increased disassembly and assembly space enables maintenance personnel to operate more conveniently, thereby significantly improving the maintenance efficiency. This means that when the vehicle encounters problems related to the mudguard, it can return to normal operation faster and reduce the downtime caused by maintenance.

This lightweight three-segment integrated mudguard is applicable to X/H/M/F3000 lightweight 6×4 tractors and X/H/M/F3000 strengthened tractors (except for Indonesia, Hong Kong, Australia, and Vietnam).
